Tell us about your lake.
Whether you're a dive team scoping a season, a lake association tired of chemicals that don't work, or a consultant who wants better data in your reports — start here. We reply within one business day.
Before you hit send.
Do I need to buy anything before contacting you?
No. We routinely start with a conversation about what you already have. Roughly half of the dive teams we work with already own a compatible sonar unit; we just didn't know until we asked.
Is there a minimum lake size?
Not really. We've processed scans for lakes as small as 8 acres and as large as 2,000+. Smaller lakes are typically cheaper and faster because the scan grid is tighter.
Do you travel to run the scan yourselves?
Occasionally, for pilot projects in Pennsylvania and nearby states. For most clients, we provide a scan protocol and equipment recommendations, and your team (or a partner on the water) collects the data. That's what keeps our pricing flat and your timelines short.
How long does it take to get a map back?
48 hours from upload for standard processing. We also offer a 12-hour SLA for seasonal retainer clients and urgent pre-season work.
What if my team has never collected sonar data before?
That's fine — our Equipment Advisory tier exists for exactly this reason. We'll walk your captain through mounting, grid-driving speed, waypoints, and file export in a single session (usually 60–90 minutes on a video call plus a short PDF guide).
